John Besh is a chef and a native son dedicated to the culinary riches of southern Louisiana. In his restaurants, entrepreneurial pursuits, and public activities, he preserves and promotes ingredients, techniques, and heritage one mouth-watering dish at a time.

Besh grew up in southern Louisiana and has set the benchmark for fine dining in New Orleans – a town whose identity is bound to its food. His twelve acclaimed restaurants (August, Besh Steak, LükeLüke San Antonio, La Provence, DomenicaPizza DomenicaBorgneJohnny Sánchez New Orleans, Johnny Sánchez Baltimore, Shaya and Willa Jean) celebrate the bounty and traditions of the region.

Chef Michael Symon cooks with soul. Growing up in a Greek and Sicilian family, the Cleveland native creates boldly flavored, deeply satisfying dishes at his restaurants in America’s heartland. He also shares his exuberant, approachable cooking style and infectious laugh with viewers as an Iron Chef on Food Network and as a co-host on ABC’s The Chew. When he’s not working, Michael is riding his motorcycle, cooking at home, playing golf, thinking about his next tattoo, gardening in the backyard or spending time with his wife, Liz, and their Old English bulldog, Ozzy.

Michael Anthony is Executive Chef and Partner of Gramercy Tavern, as well as Executive Chef and Managing Director of Untitled and Studio Cafe at the Whitney Museum of American Art. Mike grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio, and graduated from Indiana University. He moved to France in 1992 and spent five years training and working in several renowned kitchens. When he returned to the U.S., he joined the team at Restaurant Daniel, then became Chef de Cuisine at March Restaurant before moving on to ultimate become Executive Chef at Blue Hill Stone Barns.

Emeril Lagasse is the chef/proprietor of 13 restaurants, including four in New Orleans (Emeril’s, NOLA, Emeril’s Delmonico and Meril); four in Las Vegas (Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House, Delmonico Steakhouse, Table 10 and Lagasse’s Stadium); two in Orlando (Emeril’s Orlando and Emeril’s Tchoup Chop); and three at the Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem in Pennsylvania (Emeril’s Fish House, Emeril’s Chop House and Burgers And More by Emeril).

As a national TV personality, he has hosted more than 2,000 shows on the Food Network, and is the food correspondent for ABC's "Good Morning America". Lagasse has appeared as a guest judge in four seasons of Bravo’s hit food series, “Top Chef,” was named a co-host on the 10th season of the “Rachael Ray Show,” and in January 2016, he entered his fourth season of “Emeril’s Florida” on the Cooking Channel. His latest project, Eat the World with Emeril Lagasse, an Amazon original series premiered in September 2016. Lagasse is the best-selling author of 19 cookbooks, the latest, Essential Emeril: Favorite Recipes and Hard-Won Wisdom from My Life in the Kitchen, was released in October 2015.

Chef Paul Kahan has become the nationally recognizable face of Chicago chefs. Passionately seasonal, unconventionally creative and dedicated to the inspiration of classical cuisine, Kahan has received international acclaim for Blackbird, avec, The Publican, Big Star, Publican Quality Meats and most recently Nico Osteria. Awarded Outstanding Chef by the James Beard Foundation in 2013 and Best Chef of the Midwest in 2004, Kahan has earned the praise of many who claim him to be one of America’s most influential working chefs.

James Beard Award-winning chef Ken Oringer has built an empire of restaurants inspired by his travels around the world: Tsukiji Fish Market-style Uni sashimi bar and Roman enoteca Coppa in Boston; and Barcelona tapas bar Toro in Boston, NYC and Bangkok. In 2016, following the recent the expansion of Uni, Oringer debuted his first project in Cambridge, MA-- Little Donkey. In 2017, Oringer and Bissonnette will debut Toro in Dubai.

Marcus Samuelsson is the acclaimed chef behind Red Rooster Harlem, Ginny’s Supper Club, and Streetbird Rotisserie.  A committed philanthropist; and the youngest person to ever receive a three-star review from The New York Times, Samuelsson has won multiple James Beard Foundation Awards including Best Chef: New York City, and was tasked with planning and executing the Obama Administration’s first State dinner. Samuelsson was also crowned champion of television shows “Top Chef Masters” and “Chopped All Stars”, and served as a mentor on ABC’s “The Taste”. Samuelsson co-produced Harlem EatUp!, a food and culture festival launched in Harlem, New York in 2015, and he is also the founder of the website Food Republic. He is the author of The New York Times bestselling memoir Yes, Chef, the young adult version, Make It Messy, Marcus Off Duty cookbook, and the forthcoming, The Red Rooster Cookbook: The Story of Food and Hustle in Harlem, released in October 2016. He has recently announced the opening of a new restaurant at MGM National Harbor outside of Washington, DC at the end of 2016 and the opening of Red Rooster Shoreditch in East London. In May 2016 he was inducted into the James Beard Foundation Who’s Who of Food and Beverage in America.

Aarón Sánchez is an award-winning chef, TV personality, cookbook author and philanthropist.  He is the chef/owner of Johnny Sánchez restaurants, with locations in New Orleans and Baltimore, and is the co-star of Food Network’s hit series, Chopped and Chopped Junior.  One of the world’s most distinguished Latin chefs, Aarón is passionate about preserving his family’s legacy through food and encouraging diversity in the kitchen.  

Celebrated by both critics and contemporaries, Aarón has won a James Beard award for Television Studio Program (2014) and was the host of the Emmy-nominated Cooking Channel series, Taco Trip.  He has appeared as a recurring guest judge on Fox’s MasterChef and has starred in multiple Food Network shows including Guilty Pleasures, Best.Ever, Heat Seekers, Chefs vs. City, Best Thing I Ever Ate, and Next Iron Chef.  Additionally, Aarón is the host of two Spanish-language shows on Fox Life, 3 Minutos con Aarón, and MOTOCHEFS.

A native Philadelphian, classically trained in Bergamo, Italy, Marc Vetri is known throughout the world for bringing a bold, contemporary sensibility to classic Italian cooking. He is the chef/founder of The Vetri Family of Restaurants, based in Philadelphia, which operates a collection of the country’s most critically acclaimed Italian restaurants: Vetri, Osteria, Amis, Alla Spina, Lo Spiedo and Pizzeria Vetri (with two locations in Philadelphia and one in Austin, TX). Marc is a member of Food & Wine magazine’s 1999 “Best New Chefs” class and the 2005 winner of the James Beard Award for "Best Chef Mid-Atlantic". He is the author of three cookbooks, Il Viaggio di Vetri (Ten Speed Press, 2008), Rustic Italian Food (Ten Speed Press, 2011) and Mastering Pasta (Ten Speed Press, 2015). In addition to his cookbooks, Marc’s writing can be found on The Huffington Post where he is a regular blogger.
